AKELIUS is a real estate investment firm that is currently owning more than 50,000 rental properties in metropolitan cities such as New York, Boston, Toronto, Paris, London, Berlin, Copenhagen, Stockholm and Montreal.

To help with several leasehold improvements, the Montreal office hired us to create interior and exterior renderings for their projects in Montreal. The renderings allowed investors to see the progress of the project and approve the concepts created by local architects.
